GoBI Platform | BI & data-driven decisionsGoBI Platform
Business Intelligence, management reporting, and control on one data line
GoBI is a Business Intelligence & decision-support platform that unifies financial and operational data—data warehouse & ETL, executive dashboards, KPI/OKR, risk alerts, and internal controls—built for real-world organizations.
If these challenges sound familiar, GoBI is built for this
Finance and business leaders often face three issues: scattered data, lack of up-to-date visibility, and decisions without reliable KPIs. GoBI closes that gap by unifying data and turning it into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable alerts.
Many reports, no unified picture
Financial, operational, inventory, sales and HR reports are each produced separately; but the Board lacks a single view of risk, profitability, liquidity and projects.
Internal controls and risk are fragmented and ad-hoc
Policies, signatures, document flows and controls have evolved patchwork over time—not based on a professional framework like COSO and not grounded in data analysis.
We stand alone in tax, insurance and banking defense
When facing tax, social security or banking cases, the organization needs precise documentation, reliable financial statements and a team that speaks both sides’ language.
GoBI capabilities—from data to decisions
GoBI turns accounting, sales, inventory, production, and other operational data into a single analytical model; then delivers ready dashboards, a flexible report builder, reconciliation checks, and risk alerts.
Data integration & ETL
Connect to your systems, clean/standardize data, and build a reliable analytics layer.
Dashboards & KPIs
Ready-to-use executive dashboards for finance, sales, inventory and operations—with filters and drill-down.
Flexible reporting
Multi-level reporting (voucher/account/project/customer/product) with exportable, audit-friendly outputs.
Cross-module reconciliation
Validate consistency across Sales/Inventory/Accounting and automatically flag discrepancies.
Internal controls & risk
Thresholds, controls and alerts (COSO-ready) to reduce operational and financial risk.
Advanced analytics
Trends, scenarios, forecasting and anomaly detection for faster, better decisions.
7. Legal services & commercial defense
Advisory and defense in labor, insurance, tax, banking, contracts, civil partnerships and public procurement disputes; drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting claims and counter-claims before relevant authorities.
GoBI: a platform to see your organization, not just tables and numbers
GoBI is built for financial and operational analytics, data-warehouse design, interactive management dashboards, smart reporting and KPI/OKR monitoring. It connects to your financial, operational, inventory and other systems, migrates and integrates data, and alongside AI and RAG tools keeps abnormal patterns and risks under surveillance.
Financial statements, ratios, cash flow, scenarios and performance evaluation reports.
Sales, margin, inventory, orders, project capacity and production planning.
Compliance tests, exception reports, risk alerts and internal control monitoring.
Smart chat over data and documents, summarisation, analysis and narrative reporting for executives.

Data-driven internal controls: from COSO to automated alerts
Internal control is not just a checklist. When data is live, controls should be live too: exception reports, alerts, continuous monitoring.

RAG for finance: from document search to management narrative
As documents and statements grow, asking the right question matters more than choosing the right filter. RAG is the shortcut.

EDW + ETL: the road to a single source of truth
BI without data engineering is just pretty dashboards on unstable data. A warehouse + ETL is the foundation of trust.
Who is GoBI built for?
Organizations with multiple systems, Excel-heavy reporting, or a need for executive dashboards, internal controls, and cross-module reconciliation.
Manufacturing & industrial companies
Factories and industrial plants in packaging, chemicals, automotive, textiles and more that need costing, production control, budgeting and performance analysis.
Healthcare, financial services & leasing
Hospitals, medical centers, investment companies and leasing firms that require precise management reporting, performance evaluation and robust tax/insurance defense.
Contractors, construction & infrastructure
Construction and EPC contractors and infrastructure projects where contract control, progress billing, cost of projects and project risk are mission-critical.
IT, startups & digital economy
Tech companies, startups and online businesses that, alongside growth, need data architecture, management dashboards and support in fundraising and investor relations.
Real-world experience; from reporting to structural change
Common GoBI deliverables (pick what matters to you):
Finance dashboard (statements, ratios, cash flow, budget vs actual)
Sales & customer dashboard (trends, product share, channels, segmentation)
Inventory & COGS controls (stock levels, turnover, discrepancies)
Risk alerts & internal controls (thresholds, reconciliation, anomalies)
Why the outputs stay useful
GoBI prioritizes data reliability: transparent KPI definitions, clear calculation logic, and traceability down to raw data.
Instead of decorative reports, dashboards and alerts are designed to be used in real management and control routines.
GoBI implementation path—from kickoff to rollout
A repeatable process to move from scattered data to dashboards and KPIs quickly.
Clarify required outputs (KPIs/OKRs/reports) and who uses them.
Identify systems/files/APIs and define mapping and standards.
Clean/transform/load; build the analytical model and data-quality rules.
Build dashboards and report builder; review with key users.
Deploy on your infrastructure, set access controls, train users, deliver docs.

GoBI FAQ
Where do we start? Do we have to jump straight into GoBI?
We usually start with a problem-discovery session. Depending on data quality, existing systems and management priorities, we may first focus on financial structure and reporting, and then pilot GoBI in a specific domain.
What systems can GoBI connect to?
GoBI can generally ingest from databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/SQL Server), Excel/CSV exports, and APIs. The integration approach and mapping are defined during implementation.
How is confidentiality of data and documents protected?
Where possible, we prefer local or trusted in-house deployment for software and AI projects; RAG and AI architectures are chosen so that sensitive documents do not leave the client’s control.
Can you train our internal team and transfer knowledge?
Yes. A key part of the work is training finance, internal audit, IT and management so that after the project ends they can work with, maintain and extend dashboards, controls and tools without depending on us.
Shall we schedule an introductory session?
If you are a CEO, CFO, data/BI lead, or business owner, in a short session we can review your data landscape and required outputs and propose a GoBI implementation path. Fill out the form and we will contact you.
